You can see I bent the top of the door to match the couture of the cap also.

Here's how I radius the upper corners. later I bent and filled in the outer piece then filled in the front and back.

I tacked the bottom in place. notice the vertical I left long. later I trimmed it even and seal welded the end of the tube.

I bent the horizontals to match the curve of the frame.

I welded tabs to the back of the door frame for temporary alinement and to have something to clamp to.
