Front cap

I covered a blank for the toll booth window with black laminate and put it in place to shed the water till I can get the bus ready to order the windows. I will not cut any holes in the new siding till I have the new windows in hand. I will hope to order them this coming winter when I am comfortable with my layout inside for the walls and windows.

I told you so!!

Here the steel out of the rear of the coach. I will save some of the heavy brackets like the mount for the alternator and the like.

Argh rust rust and more rust

Its all coming down this summer and getting new metal in its place. I have decided not to even try to save any of the undercarrage back here at all. That means I will be replace everything from the front of the fuel tanks to the rear bumper. Yes "everything!!!!"

Its allways worst than it looks....lol....

I will show you where it is buried in the back yard if you want....lol......

Fix'in to cut off the rear of the bus

This had to all go ....lol......It has since met a 5 horsepower grinder with a 10 inch cut off wheel. ...lol....

Here's a shot of the new cap on the bus

I have not riveted on the cap yet as I am looking for solid rivets (bucking type) to fasten it on with.
